For the past six years since she founded Corporate Learning Solutions, LLC, which specializes in leadership training programs and executive coaching services, Rita Weiss had been searching for a business membership organization in Westchester that would meet her needs for connecting with both her peers and the county’s top business and not-for-profit leaders.

She kept on coming up empty until last summer when she attended the Open House for CONNECTIONS. What she experienced then and subsequently at  other events convinced her to join CONNECTIONS in January.

But, it also gives us visibility with Westchester’s preeminent business leaders as I witnessed at the Annual Breakfast with the County Executive.”

In the short time Ms. Weiss has been a member, CONNECTIONS networking has already lived up to its reputation as the best in the county. “At a breakfast, I met a member who gave me a valuable introduction to a larger company that has led to a significant leadership development consulting engagement for my company,” adding,  “But, CONNECTIONS membership is truly a two-way street as I myself became the client of another member. That’s what happens when you connect with the very best business people who gather in the same room.”

Ms. Weiss is passionate about growing her business and CONNECTIONS. That  helps to explain why she joined the CONNECTIONS Advisory board. “It’s proving to be a rewarding experience in helping to take CONNECTIONS to the next level.”
