    memory that these two elected officials have set aside their differences to address Westchester County's mounting revenue challenges.  

    Led by our Call to Action Committee, WCA President Bill Mooney and Managing Director Amy Allen, the County Association spent months privately and publicly urging both Rob Astorino and Ken Jenkins to work together for the benefit of the entire county to deliver a plan that's fiscally prudent but does not cut essential services and programs to the neediest in the community.  

    "In a time when there is a void of leadership at every level of government, we're pleased to see our County leaders set aside their differences, and put their constituents first.  It shows a tremendous amount of character on both parts and demonstrates strong leadership," says Bill Mooney.
