One Stop Employment Center
(WCA and Westchester/Putnam Workforce Investment Board)
places qualified men and women...tax credits available.
The Westchester County Association is proud to announce a joint
partnership with the County of Westchester’s One Stop Employment Center (Westchester/Putnam
Workforce Investment Board).
The primary goal of this project is to place qualified men and women with varied business
experience to fill the job opportunities of our 700 member companies. We ask and encourage
our entire member companies to participate in this meaningful and worthwhile endeavor.
There is an additional incentive for our member companies, which is a tax credit of $3500
in the first year and $5000 in the second year for each employee. We will provide you with
more detailed information on this process as requested.
We ask you to give us the first call as job positions of any type become available. We
can match the qualifications of the prospective employee to your specific job description.
We will then contact you for a possible interview with the prospective candidate. John
Tierney of our office will direct this project and be the liaison between the member companies
