The Energy Services Agreement (ESA) Loan offers a minimum of $400,000 in loans for single purpose entities (SPE) owned by developers looking to finance up to 80% of their eligible energy efficiency and clean energy technology projects. This loan offers construction financing, permanent financing, multiple draws, and incentive bridging.
Borrower must be a SPE owned by developer.
Multifamily, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional buildings may be eligible.
Eligible energy efficiency and clean energy technologies include building enclosures, HVAC and controls, lighting, domestic hot water, demand response, energy storage, and other technologies and applications evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
