Program support includes thoroughly evaluating existing facility performance, identifying low and no-cost opportunities for energy savings, delivering impact reports, developing continuous energy management processes, and pursuing financial and technical support for larger energy projects.
How the Program Works
- Energy Performance Model-Your Healthcare Energy Support Team will develop a custom Energy Performance Model, establishing baseline energy usage and plan energy performance over a 12-month period.
- Kick-off Event-The healthcare team will meet, starting the 12-month energy management performance period, to review the Energy Performance Model, establish data transfer and tracking processes, conduct a facility walk-through, identify long-term goals, and review an initial list of energy saving opportunities.
- Continuous Energy Management-Your Healthcare Energy Support Team will maintain 12-month engagement, supporting continued identification and implementation. Next steps and available programs will be provided based on energy management results.
- Achieve Energy Savings-Your team will be assisted with prioritizing and updating energy savings and will be asked to deliver a progress report summarizing realized energy savings every three months, ensuring maximization of opportunities.
