He collaborated with Intel, IBM, HP, Microsoft, SAP and other leading information systems providers while serving as Chief Methodologist at Value Chain Group, and he also co-authored SOA based Federated Enterprise Reference Architecture (SOA based FERA) for semantic integration of distributed data and orchestration of inter-company information flows.

Large Muti-National Fortune 50 Payer                               Strategy leader for initiative to re-define the member experience for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Managed Medicaid members.  Leveraging data from CMS star ratings and internal company data as well as customer experience journey-mapping to re-define how members interact with their health plan.

Lindsay Farrell has worked at Open Door Family Medical Center beginning in 1986, serving as its second President and CEO since 1998. Under her leadership, Open Door has significantly expanded, adding new locations, programs and technologies to more than triple the number of low-income people served each year to more than 60,000 people served in 2022. Home-grown at Open Door where she volunteered initially, Ms. Farrell has served in both operational and fund raising roles. Her north star is Open Door’s mission of health equity–serving vulnerable people in the community with an array of efficient, high quality health care and supportive services.

Ms. Farrell is a Corporate Director of MVP Health Plan, the fifth largest insurer in New York; She is Chairperson of the Board of HITCH – Health Information Technology for Community Health. She is also Chair of the Health Care Executive Forum and a past Chair of the Westchester Women’s Agenda.

Ms. Farrell is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and received her Master’s in Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. She is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and was recognized by Westchester Magazine and by City & State as one of Westchester’s most influential residents. She is also the recipient of the Sol Feinstein Community Service Award from St. Lawrence University and the Betsy Cooke Grassroots Advocacy Award from the National Association of Community Health Centers.

Vishal Sheth is the Director of Transformation at NewYork-Presbyterian, where he is responsible for creating and maintaining strategies and programs across the enterprise that transform the patient experience, hospital operations, and clinical outcomes. At NewYork-Presbyterian, we recognize that technology is an important part of who we are as an institution and is critical to our mission to provide innovative, patient-centered care for all the communities we serve. In this role, he oversees the development and implementation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, digital robotic process automation, and process improvement & redesigns across a range of areas such as Finance & Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Supply Chain Operations, and Clinical Operations that accelerate our mission.

Before this role, Vishal was a Strategic Sourcing Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian, overseeing sourcing efforts across $200M of IT goods and services, and $100M of Corporate Services purchased by the enterprise. Previously, he has also held various positions ranging from sales to management consulting delivering value and performance across organizations.

Vishal has a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
