Al is Board Chairman of Latino U College Access, a non-profit organization that provides college access, college success and career readiness programs, and plays an active role in supporting Latino students in the community to gain access to top tier colleges and careers.

As the Principal-in-Charge of Perkins Eastman’s national Workplace practice, and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Mark has more than 40 years of experience in business development, management, and design of over 55 million square feet of Workplace projects. His clients include Fortune 500 technology, pharmaceutical, insurance, telecommunications, consumer products, and financial including Google, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Pepperidge Farm, Travelers, Charter Communications, Victorinox Swiss Army, and MasterCard among others.

Additionally, Mark is the primary advocate and member of the management team guiding the firm’s Applied Research and Design initiative that supports the Workplace, Healthcare, Education, and Senior Living practice areas. He is an enthusiastic mentor of Perkins Eastman’s NextGen Workplace leaders, focusing on opportunity generation and business development processes to cultivate the reservoir of talent and accelerate employee growth.

Prior to joining Perkins Eastman, Mark was president of the van Summern Group Architects. During that 20-year period, he oversaw the growth and expansion of the firm’s architectural and interior design practice, both regionally and nationally.

Mark received his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in architecture from the University of Michigan. He is a registered architect in Connecticut New York, Massachusetts, and Louisiana.

As executive vice president of New York Brokerage Services, Sam Buckley is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, performance and growth in the firm’s Manhattan Midtown headquarters and Downtown offices. Sam collaborates with the company’s brokerage professionals and executive leadership team to drive success and create value for clients. Additionally, he fosters connections between all company service lines, including capital markets, debt and structured finance, global corporate services, retail, property management and more.

Sam joined NKF in 2020, bringing to the company a wealth of expertise honed through his more than 30 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as the senior vice president of leasing at the Manhattan headquarters of RXR, where he was responsible for managing retail leasing activity for multiple ground-up, mixed-use developments located across the New York metropolitan area. He also served for nearly five years as senior vice president of leasing for RXR in New Jersey, where he oversaw the successful leasing and marketing of the firm’s more than 2 million square feet of trophy office assets and where he was instrumental in the sale of more than $1.5 billion of assets. Sam then focused on Manhattan, Long Island and transit-oriented developments around New York City.

By the time he joined RXR, Sam had overseen more than 8 million square feet of suburban leasing on behalf of tenants and landlords in the New York metropolitan area, most recently at CBRE, joining that firm following its 2003 acquisition of The Edward S. Gordon Company. His previous experience also includes Jones Lang LaSalle, where he launched the company’s New Jersey brokerage team, which grew to 50 employees under his leadership. Sam also served as a vice president for nearly five years at SJP Properties, where he achieved market-setting rents in the firm’s 2million-square-foot portfolio.

Andrew is an Executive Vice President of RPW Group and is responsible for directing the firm’s real estate investment and leasing activities. In this role, Andrew is actively involved in sourcing new opportunities and leading the execution of business plans. Prior to joining RPW in 2017, he was an Associate Director at Newmark Knight Frank, where he marketed, repositioned, and leased office properties in New York City. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College, where he majored in International Studies and was a 4x national squash champion.
