Westchester County Association Appoints Three New Members to the Board of Directors

White Plains, NY [March 19, 2018] – The Westchester County Association (WCA) – Westchester’s leading economic development and business advocacy organization – today announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors and the appointment of Board Member Susan Fox to its Executive Committee.

 

Joining the Board of Directors are Anthony Viceroy, CEO, WESTMED Medical Group, Marvin Krislov, president, Pace University, and Steven Parisi, vice president, Bronx/Westchester Electric Operations Consolidated Edison Company of New York.

 

“The WCA is the leading advocate for Westchester’s real estate, healthcare, higher education, finance and energy industries, among others, and our Board of Directors reflects our commitment to their growth and vitality,” said William Harrington, Chairman of the Board of the WCA. “We are thrilled to welcome these talented and accomplished professionals who will support our mission to advance policies and initiatives that drive smart growth and foster economic development throughout the County.”

 

As the chief executive officer of WESTMED Medical Group, Anthony Viceroy oversees the strategic development of the nation’s leading multispecialty medical practices serving Westchester and Fairfield counties. He helped grow the medical and administrative team to more than 450 providers and approximately 1,100 employees. Viceroy is a certified public accountant and a charted global management accountant. He is a member of the board and treasurer for The Bob Woodruff Foundation as well as a member of the board of directors for the Bedford Physicians Risk Retention Group, Inc. and the Business Council of Westchester.

 

Marvin Krislov is the president of Pace University and previously served for 10 years as the president of Oberlin College. Krislov led the most successful comprehensive fundraising campaign in Oberlin’s history as well as initiatives to build a more diverse and sustainable campus. He is a member on the National Council on the Humanities and his writings on a number of issues surrounding academia and student life have been published in publications including The Washington Post and USA Today.

 

Steven Parisi is currently the vice president of Bronx/Westchester Electric Operations at Consolidated Edison Co. of New York (ConEd) and has worked with Westchester County and its residents throughout his career at ConEd. He is responsible for the operations and maintenance of all electric operations in Westchester County and throughout the Bronx.

 

After serving on the WCA Board of Directors for five years, Susan Fox has now joined the WCA Executive Committee. As the president and chief executive officer of White Plains Hospital, Fox is the chair of the Hospital’s Board of Directors and works with the senior leadership team and physician community to strengthen the organization’s strategic direction and physician relationships. She also focuses her efforts on improving the quality of care and patient experience at White Plains Hospital.
