William C. Keller is a regional chief investment officer located in the Bethesda, Maryland Wells Fargo Private Bank office. Mr. Keller leads a team of investment professionals who deliver comprehensive, custom, diversified portfolio management for clients of The Private Bank. In his role, Mr. Keller serves as the investment thought leader in the region by providing insight and interpretation of the economy and financial markets at client events and through written commentary.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Keller worked as a senior investment manager at U.S. Trust. He has also worked as an investment director for the Capital and Baltimore regions of PNC Wealth Management. Mr. Keller has

Mr. Keller earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and is a CFA® charterholder. He is a board member and treasurer for the Montgomery College Pinkney Innovation

David Lewing serves as the Market President for KeyBank’s Metro New York Market, including the Hudson Valley and Leader of Middle Market Banking. He oversees the delivery of commercial banking and capital markets solutions to mid-sized companies doing business in metropolitan New York City. He is also accountable for leading collaboration across the consumer, business banking and private banking lines of business respectively, including the coordination of community activities throughout the area. As Market President, he is the external face and voice of KeyBank in the local community.
Prior to his current role, Lewing served as an Enterprise Banker responsible for driving business with “up-market” focused growth companies in collaboration with KeyBanc Capital Markets. Prior to his time at Key, Lewing spent 11 years at Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Bank in their Corporate/Investment banking and Commercial banking businesses, respectively. During a similar tenor with the Toronto Dominion organization, Lewing held various leadership positions with TD Securities, including Managing Director – Media Telecom & Technology, MT&T Head – (TD SE Asia) based in Singapore and, prior to that, with Chemical Bank’s Global Banking division. He has over 30 years of experience financing companies in various industries including business services, industrial manufacturing/distribution, consumer, financial sponsors, media, telecom, and technology with a focus on structuring and leading cash flow and enterprise financing transactions.
Lewing earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in International Finance / Economics from The Johns Hopkins University while receiving national recognition as an Academic All-American baseball player. He resides with his family in Manhattan, New York City where he supports various community and philanthropic organizations.

Frank Micalizzi is the Regional President for the Connecticut, Westchester, Rockland and Bronx marketplaces. Prior to joining M&T Bank, Mr. Micalizzi worked for over 25 years with JPMorgan Chase holding senior positions, including Senior Vice President and Division Manager. At M&T Bank, Mr. Micalizzi is responsible for the Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare and Not-For-Profit business lines. Mr. Micalizzi is active in the communities where he lives and works. Mr. Micalizzi is a graduate of Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia. He resides in Ridgefield, CT with his wife, Hilary. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Mr. Vitale heads up one of The Bank’s Westchester based commercial teams with a focus on Commercial Real Estate, Multi-Family, C&I, Construction, Property Management Banking, and Not-For-Profits. In addition to overseeing a team of Relationship Managers, he interacts with a portfolio of bank clients in various industries on a daily basis.
Mr. Vitale has worked in the banking industry for 13 years with previous stops at Chase and The Westchester Bank. He started his career as a Credit Analyst and then moved into Underwriting and Sales roles before taking his current position.
Mr. Vitale is active in the community serving as a Loan Committee Member for Leviticus Fund, a local Community Development Lender, and is a former Board Member for Hospice of Westchester serving there from 2017-2019.
He is a graduate of Iona Prep and Fairfield University, where he majored in Economics and Math.

From 1993 to 1999, Highfield was Associate Dean, MBA Program and Operations at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
