Joe has over 30 years of non-profit management experience, working and advising in the in the non-profit, for-profit and government-sponsored healthcare sectors. He provides business transformation and performance improvement advisory services to a wide range of non-profit healthcare organizations to improve their sustainability and profitability. Joe has served in executive positions in various non-profit healthcare organizations in both acute care, community-based care, and long-term care.
Drawing from his business consulting and clinical experience, Joe has also been educating and helping the firm’s non-healthcare clients, across all industries, develop their infection control, sanitization, social distancing and return to work strategies during the COVID-19 health crisis.
