Teresa Bucello is a Principal at Mercer, where she has provided strategic employee benefits consulting for more than 17 years. With over 23 years of industry experience partnering with clients in the tri-state area, Teresa works with clients to design competitive and cost-effective benefit programs, understand the drivers of their population’s health, and analyze funding options for their programs. Her clients include companies in a variety of industries, with a concentration in the non-profit and healthcare sectors. Teresa sits on the board of The Westchester Human Resources Management Association and lives in Yorktown Heights with her husband, three sons, and two dogs.
Stephen Rosenthal is Senior Vice President – Population Health Management for Montefiore’s integrated delivery system and President of CMO, Montefiore Care Management, a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of Montefiore Health System. Mr. Rosenthal has been a leader in the development of programs and initiatives in Care Management interventions. These programs and those for the frail and vulnerable populations have supported the growth of Montefiore’s integrated delivery system, and its provider network of approximately 5,000 physicians, its Home Health Agency, Rehabilitation Facility and acute care hospitals.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Rosenthal served as Vice President of Montefiore’s Professional Services, where he developed and managed Montefiore’s Faculty Practice of employed physicians. Earlier in his career, he practiced as a Clinical Audiologist. He is also an Associate in the Department of Epidemiology and Social Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
He received his BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, then pursued and earned a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Yeshiva University). He began his legal career as a Law Clerk, then became an associate attorney in Westchester County, NY, and moved on to become a partner of Saidel and Saidel, PC in Yorktown Heights, NY. He was also employed as a Vice President of Harper Ross, LLC. ,Then, from 2007-2012, Mr. Saidel moved on to Easton Associates, LLC, first as a Senior Associate Consultant and then as Director of Human Resources, where he was responsible for all HR functions in offices in New York, London, and Beijing.
Most recently, after Easton was acquired by Navigant Consulting, LLC, he served as a Senior Consultant in Navigant Life Sciences Practice, where his responsibilities included overseeing and managing the consolidation of recruiting efforts, developing a forward-looking recruiting and capacity plan, creating and implementing a modified year-end performance evaluation process for Easton-legacy employees and developing the business case for a new Life Sciences Talent Acquisition Professional position.
This event provided practical advice on how to reopen your business and considerations to take to keep the health and safety of your employees as the first priority during this unprecedented time.
