CROSSFIRE – HOUSING

In 2022 the WCA proposed a series of statewide solutions to local land use and zoning to address New York’s housing crisis.  These are now the hottest issues of 2023.  Advocates from all sides are digging in.  But are we really that far apart?

We’ve invited a small town supervisor, a big city mayor, and a pro-housing policy advocate to the WCA’s Annual Real Estate Conference on May 10th.  Come participate as they debate the issue in an open forum.

In addition, the promise of transit oriented development – an inside peek at some of Westchester’s biggest adaptive reuse projects from RXR Realty.
